

Idk what to call it. The texture is thick like a milkshake but it still has some small ice crystals like a frappe. Also idk if I still have icecrystals because I don't have the best blender or that it would be like this in any blender. Anyway it's still really tasty and it just hits the spot when I crave a milkshake. And only for 160 kcal for the whole thing.
What you need:
-Your favorite proteinshake
-ziplock bag
-blender
-freezer
Steps:

Pour your proteinshake in your ziplock bag and then close it while removing as much air as possible.

Place it in the freezer flat on it's side so it has as much surface area.

Wait for about 2 hours. Then kneed the ziplock bag until the frozen shake becomes a slushy. If you cant need it then let it defrost a little. If it's still liquid then you need to wait longer.

Put the slushy into a blender and then blend until smooth. Then it's ready to serve.
