I had Peking duck pizza at Marz Brewery tonight as part of a Lunar New Year fundraiser! This was a collaboration between Grumpy Pies Pizza and Triple Crown.
Innovative combo of traditional + new flavors on top of a highly well executed Detroit-style pizza. The pillowy interior and crispy cheese edges were a dream.
They rotate their current “special” pizza, but Grumpy Pies does regular pop ups at Marz. Would definitely recommend!
