All that fiber and sweetness and its always under 150 calories if its no sugars added. Pineapple is my favorite but its harder to find.
At 4$ a serving that’s pretty steep.
Freeze dried fruit is delicious but quite expensive at the moment. Usually bags are like $4-5 for a single serving, for everything from mixed fruit to berries to apples, pretty consistent across different retailers. Hard for me to justify outside of the ocassional speciL treat.
