Enjoy Calming ASMR While Eating Delicious Veggie Spaghetti With Marinara
In this recipe, we’re pairing fresh vegetable “spaghetti” with a hearty marinara sauce, all while savoring a calming ASMR experience. It’s the perfect balance of flavors: zucchini and carrot “noodles” meet the ocean’s goodness with clams, mussels, and shrimp, creating a comforting dish that’s both light and satisfying. Let’s dive in!
Ingredients
Carrot
Zucchini
Red onion
Garlic
Green onion
Crushed tomatoes
Piparras in vinegar
White wine
Cilantro
Frozen, cleaned clams
Frozen, cleaned mussels
Frozen, peeled shrimp
Bay leaf
Salt
Sugar
Extra virgin olive oil
Instructions
Prepare the Marinara Base
Finely dice the red onion, garlic, and green onion. Sauté them in a pot with extra virgin olive oil until golden.
Stir in the crushed tomatoes, then season with a bit of salt and sugar.
Chop a piparra in vinegar and add it to the pot. Cook for a couple of minutes and pour in a splash of white wine.
Add Herbs & Seafood
Finely chop some cilantro and mix it in.
Add the frozen clams and mussels, letting them cook for about 2 minutes.
Stir in the frozen shrimp, cooking for another 2 minutes before turning off the heat.
Cook the Veggie Spaghetti
Use a peeler to slice the carrot and zucchini into thin ribbons, then cut them into spaghetti or linguine-like strands.
Boil them in a pot of water with a bay leaf, a little olive oil, and salt for 3 minutes. Drain and set aside.
Presentation
Remove the shrimp, mussels, and clams from the sauce and place them in a separate bowl for plating.
Spoon the marinara sauce onto a plate as a base.
Arrange the veggie spaghetti in the center.
Decorate around the plate with the clams, mussels, and shrimp.
