

Had the pizza stone about 10 years and only used it once before when i first got it. Back then i was still learning the kj and didn't turn out well. Decided to take another shot at it tonight now that I'm a seasoned veteran of the kj and it really turned out great this time around. Crust was perfect. Next time i think i need to get the temp a little higher. I let it fall below 500 on the first one by forgetting to set the daisy wheel back open after it fell closed.
