Noobie here. Just wondering what each piece is here. What’s that small longer piece? How should I cut these to freeze? Thanks

    The sirloin is made up of two muscles. I forget the scientific names but it’s the sirloin and the sirloin “cap”. I wouldn’t cut these up at all to store them. I would put those in vacuum seal bags whole. Unless you’re trying to cut it up for readily available small portion reasons.
