My dad is on PA and is the one who recommended I purchase a Kamado Joe. We decided to have some fun with it and compare 3 different dishes. Jalapeño Poppers, Baked potato made any way we liked, and a Tomahawk steak. Let us know how we did! We had a lot of fun with this cook and both of us finished in 3.5-4 hours.
