Over the top chili is undefeated. Mixed in more ground sausage this time and less wood smoke (don’t like chili overly smoky). Used SmokingDad’s newer method using part of the Sloroller to focus the heat centrally. Served with homemade corn bread and typical fixins

    A question for you. I’ve got a big Joe 2. How is your pot staying put? Are you setting it in the cross /ring apparatus? Btw that looks deadly!
