


Got my Konnected Joe for Christmas last year. This was my first ever brisket. Used the double-indirect method, foil boat, 3 hour rest at room temp. Bottom ended up a little scorched and crispy. The point ended up a bit mushy. Probed for tenderness around 205. Open to any quick tips aside from the hours of videos I've watched of Smoking Dad BBQ. 🤙
