    Perfectly cooked. Great flavors. Maybe just make the parsley someone people eat and not just a garnish. Like no one is gonna pick up a stem and chow. I might. Parsley stems are like my favorite thing. But most won’t. Maybe just rough chop and scatter. Or a parsley oil. Or chives? Maybe they would work better.

    back again, had some leftover ingredients from the chicken chardonnay i posted previously so i whipped this up

    as per usual, please critique as hard as possible & let me know what you’d do differently, i’m trying improve my plating as much as i can :]

    (i know chicken is lowkey fucked but alas)

    This really looks lovely and sounds delicious. Whole stems of parsley are a bit off point, but I’d be delighted to receive this plate!
