Was bored and remembered I saw this technique to invert the bun and gave it a try.

It’s a must. The butter toasted bun gives an extra texture to the burger, as it does not get soggy from the juices of the burger.

    I don’t see any sauces. If you did have them wouldn’t they just slide off due to bun inversion?

  4. I love the upside down bun,, the first time I experience this was at a place called wayback burgers, I love it!
