Wanted to share our first spare ribs with Meat Church Holy Cow. 225 super smoke for 411 and apple cider spritz after 2 hours. Husband ate damn near the whole rack in one sitting. How did we do?

Hey! It looks like you posted an image!
If this is a photo of one of your cooks, maybe share the recipe and techniques used, as it’s almost guaranteed one of the first questions you will be asked!
*What seasoning did you use?
*How long did you cook it, and at what temperature?
*Did you use any special tricks or techniques?
Traeger on!

I would definitely eat that entire rack in one sitting. Toss some homemade bbq sauce on them and crack a cold one. Great job!!
