    Sounds great! The micro greens and asparagus are hiding the main dish instead of accenting the main course. The Grey plate doesn’t help it pop. A lighter color would really set it off. All just my opinion.

    This plating is giving off the vibe of the steak slices cozied up in a bed with a bone marrow headboard and mashed potato blanket. Truly never seen anything like this, bravo

    The food itself looks good but the plating is not super appealing. Laying everything like that on the bone marrow makes it look kind of odd. Plus you have this sauce on the potato that winds up making it look sloppy.

    I’m also puzzled by the inclusion of the microgreens, it doesn’t feel like it’s “doing” anything for the dish—feels like it was haphazardly thrown on the side at the last minute.
