* 1 c plain Greek yogurt, whole milk/full fat
* 3/4 c pb
* 1/4 c vanilla protein
* 1-2 T maple syrup or honey
* 1/4 tsp vanilla
* 1 c dark chocolate chips
* flaked sea salt, optional

Zucchini protein muffin
* 2 cups oat flour
* 1 1/4 cup almond flour
* 1/4 cup cacao powder
* 1/2 cup chocolate protein powder
* 1 tsp baking soda
* 1 tsp baking powder
* 1/2 tsp salt
* 1/2 cup chocolate chips
* 3 tbsp ground flax (for flax eggs)
* 7 tbsp water (for flax eggs)
* 1/4 cup maple syrup
* 2 tbsp melted coconut oil
* 1/4 cup milk
* 1 tsp vanilla extract
* 1 zucchini chopped
*22 min 400*

Cashew cream for coffee
* 1 cup raw cashews soak for 6 hours
* 1 tsp vanilla
* 4 cups filtered water (plus more for soaking overnight)
* ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
* 2 pitted Medjool dates
* pinch of sea salt
*blend fridge for 1 week*

Energy balls
* 1 cup oat flour
* 2 Tbsp coconut flour
* 3 Tbsp honey
* ¼ cup coconut oil, melted
* 2 Tbsp chia seeds
* 1 scoop Vanilla protein powder, optional
* 2 tsp lemon juice
* 1 Tbsp lemon zest
* 2 Tbsp coconut flakes, optional

Egg cups
* 10 eggs
* 1 cup cottage cheese
* Ground chicken
* 1/2 c spinach
* 1/4 cup peppers
* 1/4 cup green onion
* Garlic, salt & pepper
*20-25 min 375*

Lettuce wraps with peanut sauce

* 1/2 cup + 2 Tbsp. powdered peanut butter PB2 52g
* 1/4 cup water
* 2 Tbsp. lite maple syrup
* 1/2 lemon, juiced
* dash of cayenne pepper to taste
* pinch of salt

* Ground turkey
* 1 tsp. chili powder
* 1 tsp. smoked paprika
* 1/4 tsp. ground turmeric
* 2 large sweet potatoes, chopped 948g raw
* 3 cups kale, chopped 1 large bunch
* 1/2 lemon, juiced
* 1 tsp. olive oil
* 1/2 english cucumber, sliced
* 1 cup sliced carrots
* salt and black pepper

Chickpea pasta w feta tomato ground turkey
* 8 oz feta cheese, block
* 4 cups tomatoes
* 2 cloves garlic, minced1/3 cup olive oil
* 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
* 1/4 tsp oregano
* 1/4 tsp dried basil
* 2-3 tbsp chopped fresh basil
* 8 oz pasta of your choice

Mexican lasagna
* Ground turkey with taco seasoning
* Cassava flour wraps (or tortilla of choice)
* Refried black beans
* Shredded cheese
* Enchiladas sauce
* Mexican brown rice

  2. Chickpea flour does not hold its shape on its own. It's gotta have at least water too. Probably some salt as well. I wouldn't trust that label…
