Chopped coriander leaves: ½ cup
Lemon juice: ¼ + ¼ cup
Olive oil: ¼ + ¼ cup
Tomato paste: 100g
Salt: 1 + ¼ tsp
Black pepper powder: ¼ + ¼ tsp
Turmeric powder: ½ tsp
Cumin powder: ½ + ¼ tsp
Coriander powder: ½ tsp
Potato sliced: 1 large
Hot water: 2 cups
Pomegranate sauce: 2 tbsp
