    I hate to phrase it this way, but it needs more of “Adam’s Sauce”

    Dill feels like an odd choice. I think ribs are right there with burgers and pizza. Keep your garnishes away and give them to me as is. I’ve never ordered ribs in a mood of “I just want 1 lightly sauced, delicately plated rib!”

  3. Garnish with fried shallots instead of the dill sprig.
