The flavor on this rainbow trout was amazing- the dill was spot on. The olive oil was a good help as the trout was a bit dry. But a good amount of fish was included and it was quite tasty.
Will buy again and do recommend. It's one of the better flavored tinned fish I've tried to date. A smidge dry, but flavor makes up for it.

I love this stuff and have like 20 tins hoarded. If you are planning on buying again you better go back and grab what you saw available. This company has been out of production for quite some time. If you check their website there isn’t a single product available. Word is they will resume business at some point ( they supposedly got bought out and ownership delays something something) but there is not a tin left in my state and there’s no plan for a restock anytime in the foreseeable future.
