Those are big lamb rib chops. A whole rack can easily be 1.5 # or less. Thats a half rack at 1 #

I get lamb rack of ribs at Sprouts. Sometimes they are half price ! I dry brine and then grill with a coffee rub. My fiancée and I will be licking our fingers the fat on good lamb is freaking delicious !
