    For reference the strips started out about 1.5in wide ¼in thick

    I like the way you stacked them. If I need to make more I’ll look into doing this too. As it is right now I can make 4 lbs at a time so I should be good.

    Cabelas has a jerky kit for 5 pounds of ground beef. Maple jalapeño is my favorite. Great flavor. Way cheaper than buying jerky at the store.
