Honestly it doesn’t look that great.
Just cuz there’s a bone doesn’t mean it’s good meat
mrmrssmitn

I always love paying extra money for a bone in my steak.

I see you already picked it up, I see you lifting it in the picture.

Yes you should!!! It wouldn’t be my first choice at full price but I’d happily buy and thoroughly enjoy that now.

No leave it there for me. 8.99 for tomahawk any day!

Hard no here my boy. By the way, which location are you at?
MrPryce2
Yeah they cut the bone too short
DependentPianist287
Does look that heavy to me. If you are still standing there, weigh it
GrouchyName5093
Yes. $25+/lbs here
Yepyepmartian
It’s discolored

Yes. Judging from the photos it’s in great shape, with only minor oxidation that won’t affect cooking. Obviously, give it the smell and touch test when you open it to make sure, but that’s what it looks like from the photos.

I would ask the meat manager for an additional discount. It’s got the dark spot and it’s close to expiration date. If you have a dog, it’s a great bone. If you grill it, don’t leave it unattended for more than a minute or 2. When the fat drips on the fire, it will flame up quickly and char/burn the hell out of it. Yes, it happened to me. Rib meat does not grill like cuts from the loin.

Sub 10$/lb mini tomahawk… yes please! Usually you’re looking at 20$/lb min and upwards of 30$ if it’s full sized or from a quality ranch.
Neffenstien313
Naw fuck Kroger
MaxfieldN
Ask for an additional discount, because when you cook it it won’t be bad but will taste a little “cheesier”
Early_Wolverine_8765
Yes and let it sit in the package for another couple days to get a nice flavor.
