    I cut against the grain on everything, especially chicken.

    I bet that was chewy as hell. Thick cut flank sliced with the grain is a recipe for a sore jaw.

    lol I did go against the grain for a cross cut dice.

    Am I dumb though? Should I go against the grain in strips before dicing?
