Beans, corn, and smoked meat with all the drippings. Done on my Weber kettle, charcoal.
Any suggestions how to better the recipe?

Looks good! I only have 2 recommendations: 1. Use dried chilis instead of chili powder. I usually use guajillo and ancho chilis. This usually involves deseeding, toasting, soaking in water, then blending into a paste. 2. If you don’t want big meat chunks, instead of breaking the meat up right into the pan, put it through a food processor or mixer to get a nice fine grind on it. This is after it’s done smoking.
