I’d definitely do it again but leave out the ramen soup base. There’s plenty of flavor in the Jing by itself and the combined sodium total was 1900mg! (Should have looked at that label first).

Luckily it was post-workout, otherwise it would have been too salty to finish.

    I have the same tin but always over rice. It’s on the saltier side for sure but tasty stuff!

    What is the texture of those noodles? I’d like to try them, but haven’t picked any up yet because sometimes the low carb stuff is hit or miss.

    I got a sample of those noodles, the protein gain didn’t overcome the flavor for me. Pass. Glad they work for you tho.

    Sounds delicious. I like the smoked Mackerel with chili flakes in my ramen it’s so damn good.
