Any ideas for these?

I was sort of assuming all three would probably be good the way I normally prepare fried dace with black beans, which is to put it in my instant pot with rice.

But just figured I'd ask here if anyone had any ideas other than that. Especially curious about the anchovies.

    YOOOOOOO FRIED DACE MY LOVE

    My favourite method is to rip up the dace into chunks and use it and the oil in the can to stir fry any veg or blanched short ribs with big cuts of green onion whites. you could also have it straight from the can but personally I find it a bit too salty. it’s used as a cooking ingredient my house.

    I love fried dace – every way I’ve made it is also great with eel.

    Y’all don’t sleep on the fried dace with mustard (the vegetable) – looks like swamp water, tastes like heaven

    Oh man, I haven’t thought of these in years. I’m college I had a roommate from China and she used to eat multiple cans a day and then leave the open tins out for days. 🤣

    Tried the fried anchovies and was a little unimpressed. Not bad, but a can of beach cliff is easier to find and has better flavor.
