I came upon these the other day.
The bacon is a no brainer, that I can do. The Haggis I'm not sure if I'll try it.

    As an Indianapolis resident, Smoking Goose makes some great smoked meats. I’ve never had a bad product from them!

    Why not eat the haggis? They are delicious.

    Yeah “jowl bacon” is what the Italian call “guanciale”. It’s not weird, it’s delicious!
