Posed question best way to cook a skirt steak pinwheel with cheese and bacon in the roll. Cooked for dinner. Results

Cooked in cast iron with a little vegetable oil. Fu heat (500), 9' each side with butter slats on top half way through. Cheese caramelized and liquifed between the caramelized outers, making it a nice beefy cheddar.

Enjoyed this. Would do again!

Hey! It looks like you posted an image!

If this is a photo of one of your cooks, maybe share the recipe and techniques
used, as it’s almost guaranteed one of the first questions you will be asked!

    *What seasoning did you use?

*How long did you cook it, and at what temperature?

*Did you use any special tricks or techniques?

    Traeger on!
