


First time making ribs on the smoker and first time making ribs ever. Turned out delicious and had the perfect bite. Dry rubbed and put on the smoker for 4 hours at 250°. Was about 201° when I pulled them and lightly sauced and put back for 10 minutes. No wrap. Wouldn’t change anything for next time. Fiancé and I loved em.
