


Dry brined, chili oiled, and cracked pepper rubbed flank seared on a kettle with a chunk of hickory for good measure. For the salad, I split a couple heart of romaines lengthwise and covered in olive oil before grilling them. Salad also had some home made croutons (made from some leftover garlic bread cubed) and a scratch Caesar dressing.

Looks good. Personally, after a night of drinking I like to cook one of those up and then put on a pair of wet socks and go to sleep. I’m usually fine in the morning.
