For me the worst moment happened outside the show, when Alejandro ditched his wife (who he claimed he loved dearly) to be with Alyssa. He's only 1 step away from being as bad as Andrew
Don’t let Vlad using a Cake tester on meats distract you from the fact that Matthew(S20) failed to use his meat thermometer incorrectly.

Alex is one chill dude. He endured many punishments, and only a few wins. What I love most about him is that he is not afraid to get defensive but doesn't go too far to be seen as arrogant. He definitely deserved his win. He's almost similar to Chef Christina!

Season 21 or Season 19. I enjoyed both(watching full season and highlights) but I lean more towards Season 19 Chemistry wise.

Alex was so good he was picked to open the door when another pretty marketable female chef was his HK opponent, after both had comparable services.
After HK he worked his part time position as meeting guests and taking pictures before being laid off as a cost saving measure. As is the usual for HK winners the 'head chef' position is never a real head chef position, the restaurants already being established. But at least he was able to walk away from HK with a clean financial slate after settling a suit from his sadly failed restaurant using the (taxed) prize money.
