My wife says the bottom side of this chicken breast looks weird. I think it looks like the bottom side of a chicken breast that was roughed up a bit during processing.

looks like spaghettification. from what i’ve heard it’s safe but the texture can be unpleasant. I believe it happens when the chicken is forced to grow too quickly, but I could be wrong.
