First time grilling steak on the Weber Kettle – feel like the crust needs more attention, but all in all pretty satisfied!

    Won’t learn without trying! Looks good.
    I’d recommend hotter and faster directly over a pile of coals next time for that thin-ness. You’re basically only searing that thing at super high temps on both sides to get a good crust and not overcook it. Same technique as something like a flank/skirt steak.
