Got this WSM yesterday at Home Depot. First Weber ive ever owned. Did the burn in yesterday and cooked some chicken on it afterwards. Already love this thing and the smoke flavor was amazing

Look up MODs for that. My older one I put caster wheels on it and another temp gauge. They sell hinges for the lid and a side tray.

I’ve had one for a couple years. This is a fantastic smoker. I bought mine at Lowe’s on clearance for like $170 and considered that a deal. Wireless thermometer is a game changer. I used a couple inkbirds and upgraded to a Fireboard last October. The simplicity of this smoker blows my mind with how well it works. Watch some Harry Soo videos he has some great tips.
