15 burgers plus a grease trap that had just enough plus greasy burgers. I stepped away for 2 minutes and there’s a grease fire.

    Been there. Clean the entire pit once or twice a year and grease trap will be fine. Glad to see u weren’t one of those who put it inside screened porch

    I’ve had allot of BBQ fires. Not once have I ever needed to destroy everything with a fire extinguisher… I have ruined a few chicken thighs a time or two for sure. Good luck on the cleanup!
