coming from someone who adds a dollop of pb to her pad thai, this sounds delicious! lol. i recall china having a peanut butter noodle dish and west african cuisine has peanut soup. i cant see this as strange and it honestly sounds good. ill probably give it a go myself.
I don’t like tofu.. it’s a texture thing but this looks good. Maybe I can try it without the tofu
