    I wouldn’t cook it, I use them in salads, or eat them as sashimi. You can use a mix of Asian seasonings like soy, sake, mirin, sesame oil and season to taste. Toss with green onions thinly sliced and sesame seeds and eat with rice. It’s really nice 🙂
