Looks great. Despite the surge in tourism and the rise in popularity of ramen worldwide there are still tons of ramen specialty shops that prepare ramen the old-fashioned way…..people putting in long hours to master the art of ramen. I also want to point out that this ramen is using onsen tamago instead of soft boiled eggs…my preference!
