Might try to get into making and selling mini cakes. I know I need to refine my skills a bit (smoother frosting, less mistakes, etc.), but would love other feedback as well! Also, I am a new fan of ermine frosting – finally a frosting that doesn’t melt from my hot hands touching the piping bag!
