    Part of the aorta, I would imagine. Yours is about the size of your index finger. I bet a good-sized hog would have one of similar size to a human.

    Aorta most likely, especially with that curvature. Bronchus/trachea would have circumferential muscle bands

    like a lot of others my first thought was most likely apart of the aorta but it could also be the pulmonary artery as it is so short and thick walled. with split to just two ther directions.

    Thank you everyone! I knew it was some sort of organ she tried to tell me it as a rib without a bone. I will not be eating it tho
