If this is a photo of one of your cooks, maybe share the recipe and techniques

*What seasoning did you use?
*How long did you cook it, and at what temperature?
*Did you use any special tricks or techniques?
Traeger on!

Pass.
New models are very lacking in quality.
Get the original IW/timberlines.

$500 tops, maybe $600 if they throw a bag of pellets and a cover. After that, call Traeger and warranty everything.

Pass on this not worth it. Traeger quality has gone downhill. I got very lucky with my renegade pro it’s built like a tank. If you want a traeger get one from Costco. At least you have that insurance by going with them. If not for 2280 I’d start looking at Yoder, recteq or even something by grilla(they have a 40% off right now).

I like my traeger, but at that cost, you could definitely get a higher end brand

The original sticker of $3799 is wild.

There is no world in which I’d spend more than $1,000 on a Traeger. I like cooking on mine but they’re not *that* great. Paid like $779 for mine and that was about my limit.

I asked the manager if he would do $1500 and he said no…. XL is too big anyways. Just thought if I could flip it if the value was there

I got my pro 22 on sale for a quarter of the price. And it does everything I need it to.

Own a traeger. Crap build quality. Don’t spent that on a broken traeger. Go buy a Recteq or something better..
thatguy2158
I’ll never understand why people buy tragers even at sale price. Recteq is leaps and bounds better quality for less money.
