I’m a total beginner at piping, so I’m not sure what kind of tips to get to recreate these types of flowers.

There are so many tips used, if you have to resort to reddit to name every one.. you are not skilled enough to replicate this (I would not be able to either)

The smooth flowers, dots, and writing are basic round tips and can be done by just cutting piping bags to the proper size. The leaves can also be done with a bag with the end cut into a v shape (you can google that)
The ridged flowers are done with a larger shell tip.

For those detailed flowers, try Russian piping tips, they make intricate designs easier.

Tbh the flower petals look like they were made with star tips? Just pipe towards the center, then cover with little dots (use like a Wilton 2 for the dots, and maybe a 199 tip for the petals?)
The other petals are just a basic round tip. You can use the same tip that you used for the dots to do the writing.
