

Got a little chilly last night during the long smoke – Pork Butt and added ribs this morning. Stalagmite? Stalagtite? Either way it’s was a nice little trophy.
Pork butt was rubbed with yellow mustard, pink Himalayan salt and molasses. Coated it with brown sugar, onion and garlic powder, chili and. Smoked paprika.. let it go 225 for 13hrs overnight. Probably didn’t hold temp all night but threw it in a wrap and rested once hit 203..
