First smoke attempt.


Wanted to try something cheap for the first smoke attempt so I went with meatloaf. Temps were fairly stable and it turned out great.

    I’ve wanted to do a meat loaf for a while now. Meat church has a neat way of starting to freeze it so that it holds its shape.

    I posted a meat loaf here and caught hell from a few people. I’ve been doing it for at least 4 years now and it’s the only way I’ll do it now.

    Smoked meatloaf is the only way. Trust me my friend you’ll never go back to the old way after this.

    That looks good! You have a recipe for it? Never attempted one before but thinking I might soon. I’m sure there are plenty of recipes, but this one looks tested and approved!
