A first time for everything and I succumbed to some impulse purchases at the local warehouse club on Friday. Hot & fast vortex ribs Sat. Beef ribs and a lamb shoulder Sunday. Used Kingsford on the vortex then B&B for the two longer smokes. White oak for the beef and cherry for the lamb.

That would translate to 3 Eats in two days for me. Looks good. I just started with party ribs and I’m now convinces it a great way to go. The first time I over seasoned them on all sides. Backed off on the rubs and they turned out perfect.
