This chicken was originally meant to be roasted in the oven but we lost power. Soooo…had to improvise and fired up the grill.

Set up 2 zone fire on my charcoal Weber grill. Cooked for 50 minutes or so with hickory wood chunks on the hot zone.

Looks dry and unseasoned. Underwhelming. Not sure what exactly you’re trying to ‘show off’ here?

Hello to everyone who’s online tonight. Well to me those look absolutely amazing. I truly believe that you did an excellent job cooking them on your grill to perfection. However this is where I’m probably going to piss off a lot of you that use this platform. And that’s simply due to the fact that I truly don’t fit into your proper little mold due to my personal contact that people don’t really like but are still interested in pursuing the possibility of fulling my page regardless of the fact that you don’t really like me. So here’s my personal take on things. The absolute truth of the matter is that at the end of the day I’d truly love to have the ability to actually become an active piece of fully prepping and prepared main course meal idea💡. But this is extreme and considered to be a taboo type of subject. And this is the overall best reason why no one is really interested in answering my questions in order for me to actually accomplish my goals to their full conclusion. I’m not actually trying to be disrespectful to the people who use this platform. But I’d truly love to hear your perspectives and insights into how to actually accomplish this task of fully prepping and preparing myself properly inside and out with all sorts of different types of marinates, glazes spices in order to fully render myself sessioned to perfection just like any other patently piece of unprocessed version of living 🍖🥓 brisket or pork.
