First time I used the traeger I broke my ankle carrying a leg of lamb in the house in 3 places ! This time some 0/400 wings turned out awesome !!

    Salted to draw out moisture then patted dry with a paper towel … added baking powder and s/p/garlic . Went on the grilll cold started grill . Flipped at 30 mins turned heat up to 425 for the next 30 mins . Sauced em and ate em !

    Next time only carry it in to the house in one place. That’s two less chances to hurt yourself.

    You should really get a grease bucket. Safer than letting it drip on the ground.
