New to grilling with charcoal. Did three cooks on the Go Anywhere, a New York, some thighs and then smoked a whole chicken before I made it “my own”. I used Stove Bright paint and added the accessories you see.
Dual thermometers is probably overkill, but I wanted to see if I could measure indirect heat when smoking. The chicken turned out great.
Grilled my first T-bone tonight. Pic included. Served with garlic toast, mushrooms, red onion and broccolini also all done on the grill.
All 4 cooks done using a single 7lb bag of mesquite which I just finished.

The endless possibilities when you give a man fire, raw meat, and a beer.
Another photo of the dual zone please! Is that a basket or partition?
I like your grates, I might want to get them for mine. What’s it called?
I love it! I need to look into painting my Go Anywhere now. Any tips for that?
Also love the wood handles! They provide a nice pop against the paint color. Are those the Zav wood handles? My GA is old enough that it has the original wood handles still in pretty good condition, but some of my other kettles have Zav handles.
