Bought this sexy beast like 7 or 8 years ago when they came out. Been in storage for way too long. Since my other kettle rotted out last year I figured it’s time to start the season off proper. Pork butts going down tonight. Lamb shoulder and chucks tomorrow(80° here) and pichana Sunday on rotisserie. Flavor town is officially back up and running!!
