Today, we are featuring LAKE LAS VEGAS GRILLED PORTABELLA MUSHROOMS.
1. Remove the mushrooms from the package and clean them with a paper towel. If you must clean them with water dry each mushroom with a towel or paper towel.
2. Remove the stem. Use the mushroom stems in soups or broths.
3. Next, apply a good quality kitchen oil like olive oil to the mushrooms. Use a brush or a paper towel to apply a very light coat to the bottom of the mushroom.
4. Now, plate them and bring them to your grill. The mushroom will shrink just a little bit and warm up for about two minutes on each side. When done, plate them, and you’re ready to eat them too. They taste excellent with sea salt. Enjoy
