I did the smoked pulled pork recipe in the app. I did 250º F and I feel that I could have done the 225º recommendation. It cooked faster than the 9 hours suggested time in the app. It was only about 6.5 hours cook time to get the internal temp of 204º. It is about 40-55º F ambient temperature.
I used hickory pellets.
Poultry and Pork rub.
Apple Cider.
The meat came clean off the bone.

Used to have a silverton but refused to get up to temp in a timely matter. Went back to my old 650. Hope you have better luck
