It’s a small detail, but it’s not really over rice. Cut the scallions on a long, thin bias. The white part too. The vegetables look pedestrian, I think, can’t really tell what they are, they’re all cut the same size. Different shapes would help that, as well as some more interesting varieties. Toast the sesame seeds more. It looks like the sauce is really thick. Lightening it would let the vegetables shine more too. I bet it tastes good, but you can improve the quality and preparation. Long beans would look and taste great in this dish.
